• All appointments are subject to availability at the selected Nature Glo location.

• Service quality is standardized through training but may vary based on operational factors.
• Nature Glo is not responsible for external factors affecting service availability.

4. Prepaid Services, Membership Cards & Packages

This includes gift vouchers, prepaid packages, e-memberships, and promotional packages.

4.1 Activation

• Activation occurs only after successful payment.
• Details will be sent digitally to the registered mobile number or email.

4.2 Validity

• Each membership or prepaid card has a fixed validity period.
• Unused benefits after expiry cannot be refunded or extended unless stated otherwise.

4.3 Transferability

• Membership cards and prepaid values are non-transferable.

4.4 Non-Refundability

• Activated prepaid packages and memberships are strictly non-refundable.

5. Payments

• Payments are securely processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways including BillDesk, Razorpay, and TMB-based payment gateways.
• We do not store your card or banking information.
• Completed payments are final unless covered under a specific refund policy.

6. Limitation of Liability
